• Gary Solomonson has been active in the multi-family andsenior living and health care fields since 1964. Gary’s background includes:
• Bachelor of Arts from St. Cloud State University and a Masters of Divinity from Luther Theological Seminary
• Development of life enrichment activities and volunteer programs for nursing homes and senior living communities
• Residential apartment sales and marketing
• Developing a market research and marketing firm
• Working in market research and new development planning for senior living communities
• Working for a senior living and health care company and supporting their entry into the independent and assisted living marketplace
• Beginning a private national consulting practice working with senior living communities
• Working as Vice President of Sales, Marketing, and New Development for a company in 10 states and the United Kingdom, contributing to very substantial sales growth over nine years
• Re-establishing his private consulting practice to work with both new development and existing senior living communities in June 2012
